Magnetic technology operates anywhere there is a diamagnetic scaling problem

The application of magnetic technology is not industry specific. It is based on the same scientific principles as electric generators, that is, the relationship of a moving conductor (an aqueous solution in the case of fluids) through a magnetic field. Electric generators operate across all industries which require a generator whether it is heavy industry, commercial or a domestic application.

As with all technologies, magnetic technology must be scientifically engineered and designed to match each particular application. Therefore it is imperative that the client provides fluid process and relevant plant information required to assess, engineer and manufacture Magnetic Fluid Conditioners (MFC’s) to match each problem.

Example of a system with a variety of MFC’s

An example of a system which can require a variety of different types of MFC’s with significantly different operating conditions is the Offshore Oil Platform.

Here it can include Well Head type MFC’s operating in an environment which may require flanges rated at Class 2500, then Vessel type MFC’s which do not require flanges but still operate under pressure and then some Inline type MFC’s which may be operating at lower pressures requiring flanges rated as low as Class 150.
